Electronic processes, paperless working and our bespoke online portal ensure that our clients benefit from user-friendly services, prompt turnaround of appointments and high-quality reports. The system enables full visibility, with ease of access to make referrals, track progress, manage recalls and view Management Information – all done in real time.

Telephone and Virtual Consultations

Early referral and intervention are essential in enabling us to prevent acute health problems developing into chronic issues. We advocate early referral for mental health and musculoskeletal issues in particular, with fast track access for employees who will receive a Telephone or Virtual consultation with a skilled member of our multi-disciplinary clinical team. This ensures that the employee receives timely support and guidance, maximising the opportunity for a swift and safe return to work.

Face-to-Face Appointments

On occasions and where clinically appropriate, face-to-face appointments are recommended for the most complex referrals; where a physical and detailed assessment of the employee will help ensure that our advice optimises a successful outcome for the employee and our client. These can be undertaken on our client’s premises or at one of our expanding network of clinics across the UK.

 

Mobile Screening Units

Our fleet of purpose-built mobile screening units enable us to carry out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments on our clients premises anywhere in the UK. We work with our clients to ensure that the health surveillance programme is bespoke to organisational requirements and legislative obligations. To minimise disruption to our client’s daily business, we work to accommodate shift patterns and take responsibility for managing the entire programme. We ensure that statutory requirements are up to date and recall appointments set. We will identify health issues or trends so they can be proactively addressed by our clients.

Management Information

Our web-based portal provides our clients with complete transparency on all activity undertaken by the Occupational Health team. It also drives the Management Information that enables us to work with our clients to identify and address any issues or patterns at a departmental and organisational level. Our Management Information can also help identify future health and well-being strategies within our client base, as well as benchmarking against industry and sector norms.
