Accountable to: Health and Well-Being Co-ordinator
Job summary: The post holder will support the Occupational Health Team in delivering proactive health and well-being initiatives for client organisations. They will assist in managing, providing and developing health and well-being services in line with Team Prevent standards, evidence based Occupational Health practices and legislative requirements. The role of the health trainer whilst on site is to improve the employee experience whilst increasing their awareness of health and well-being. By educating employees on topics surrounding physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. They will work as an integral part of the Occupational Health team and make an important contribution towards development of the service and process improvement. There is regular travel involved in this role and the post holder will be required to drive and be willing to stay overnight when necessary.
