The Clinical Performance Manager (CPM) is responsible for managing all aspects of clinical performance across our service. The CPM will own responsibility for ensuring that consistently high standards of service are being delivered to all clients, through effective monitoring, clinical supervision and line management of their direct reports.

The focus of the CPM will be on continuously improving quality by ensuring that standards are monitored and maintained, team members are appropriately trained, supported and developed and that proactive corrective action is taken to address any improvement areas.

The CPM will monitor performance of their clinical teams using a pre-defined set of benchmarked  targets which focus on productivity, customer satisfaction and quality. The CPM will be responsible for reviewing these targets on an on-going basis and taking action, where appropriate to ensure that the targets are met.

The CPM will be accountable for ensuring that the services delivered are in line with evidence, legislative requirements, best practice and Team Prevent clinical standards. They will provide expert knowledge and clinical judgement and will take responsibility for managing occupational health clinical matters. 

The CPM will use extensive practice experience to evaluate, plan, provide and assist with the development of clinical services and staff capabilities to ensure that we are providing the highest standards of service to our clients.
