Our Clients

We work with many major healthcare clients - both in the NHS and the private sector - to improve workforce health and wellbeing. Our evidence-based and innovative health improvement strategies are specific to the needs of the organisation and we collaborate with each client to ensure robust health and safety processes are in place. 

We deliver services to a number of clients in the UK energy sector. Our work includes providing specialist medicals, including working at height, and confined spaces. Medicals take place at client sites - wherever they are in the UK – on our fully equipped Mobile Screening Units.  

We supply OH services to a range of pharmaceutical and petrochemical clients. This includes health surveillance to monitor the impact of working in some of the highly-technical and high-risk work environments common to the sector. We also actively address the needs of a diverse workforce, providing targeted support to everyone from laboratory technicians to field sales reps.

We help ensure our clients across the engineering sector, protect the physical and mental health of their employees through services such as our fitness for work assessments. These help identify if a prospective employee is joining the organisation with a pre-existing condition, so we may offer advice on adjustments and identify any ongoing health surveillance requirements. 

We supply services to a number of national construction companies to monitor and improve staff health. Our Mobile Screening Units visit sites across the country to deliver baseline health screening, health surveillance, and fitness for work checks. We also monitor and address any occupational trends affecting staff health.  

We help clients across the educational spectrum, from primary schools to universities, to implement robust screening processes for teaching and support staff, in-line with the recommendations of Fitness to Teach 2000. We understand the challenges teaching professionals face working in a fast-changing and highly-pressured environment and our Early Intervention absence management service ensures a proactive approach to supporting staff wellbeing.
 

Our retail clients often have very specific needs. We address these through our network of UK centres, our central absence management telephone and virtual (video) assessment service and onsite visits. We also deliver specific services, such as manual handling training and back care assessments, to ensure retail staff are fit, productive and protected at work.  

We provide a full remit of onsite occupational health services to our many logistics clients. We manage sickness absence, and help to reduce the health problems caused by manual handling. Specific services include driver medicals, manual handling advice, health assessments for fork-lift drivers, freezer workers, food handlers and more.

Due to the varied nature of staff roles within our social housing clients, we ensure any assessments comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including COSHH. We also deliver immunisation and vaccinations for staff who may encounter blood and fluid borne hazards.. 

We work closely with clients in the food and drinks industry to ensure compliance with the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006. This includes fitness for work assessments and health monitoring to ensure food handlers are fit for their role and identify conditions that could harm both employee and business - such as skin complaints and infectious diseases.

We help agricultural companies and individuals through services such as health surveillance and fitness for work assessments. The exact nature of our support is closely related to the specific requirements and dangers related to the requirements of each job, such as HGV and heavy plant operators, people working with animals, food products, chemicals and pesticides..

The FM sector has a unique set of hazards and risks, so we work closely with companies to ensure the appropriate health surveillance and fitness for work assessments are undertaken. This includes identifying safety critical roles and health screening based on relevant health and safety legislation e.g. noise at work, COSHH, and hand arm vibration.
