Through our network of qualified Physiotherapists, we provide advice to employees, through telephone and virtual consultations to help resolve common problems such as lower back pain and upper limb disorders. Our clinicians provide bespoke recovery and rehabilitation plans, which can include online exercise videos for assisted and self-management of the complaint. If Physiotherapy treatment is needed, employees can access this through our UK wide network or where available, via the Physiotherapist services within our client’s premises.
Seasonal flu is highly infectious and can lead to serious illness and debilitation for individuals, with significant damaging effects felt by the employer. To help protect our client’s workforce against infection, Team Prevent provide nationwide flu vaccination programmes. Accessed online, Team Prevent provide pre-employment questionnaires that evaluate our client’s candidates’ mental and physical capability for the job in question. All completed questionnaires are reviewed by our clinicians and we issue a report on fitness to work within 48 hours of submission.
